We are also providing the Service to see all the nearby complaints on map , on the basis of your list of complaints, so that Service Executive can decide their next complaint to visit.

Service Genie application stores location information only after you PUNCH IN to the system and strictly stops tracking location once PUNCH OUT of the system. While installing the mobile application the prompt message clearly indicated the user to switch on their location settings to further install the application. You can enable or disable location services when you use our Service at anytime, through your mobile device settings.
